Homeroom Harmoni :)

Assalamualaikum to all readers.

Wlaupun tak berapa nak ramai readers -_-".

Nd not even my hope to have millions of readers within this period of time HAHA!

The fact that dekat MRSM semua orang akn merasa ade homeroom,unless seseorang itu dibuang homeroom maka dia takkan ade homeroom tp itu serious tipu belaka.

2 years I'm staying in MJSC Gemencheh,I also owned a homeroom - HARMONI!

Even for 2 years je tapii it was memorable.

Supposely,memang since form one daku teringin nak masuk MRSM nd masa final darjah 6 tu tak silap kat borang MRSM tu ade stated nama-nama MRSM seluruh Malaysia nd pada waktu itu MRSM KKB menjadi idaman hatiku.Tak tahulaa kenapa kan just instinct or sbb nama dia panjang HAHA tak logic langsung.

Tp tu semua angan-angan shja tp still Alhamdulillah bcause msa form 4 dpt masuk MRSM Gemencheh even masa tu dah rasa tawar hati nk masuk MRSM ni but ALLAH still bg kesempatan utk merasa sedikit drpd nikmat dunia ini.

Okay,back to the main topic,HARMONI!

Ber'ibu' homeroom kan Teacher Fitriah who is Biology teacher nd also BWP advisor,she was loving,caring nd of course tegasss!

Sbg anak homeroom yg berwibawa kan,kitorang pun sentiasa akn menjaga personaliti serta nama baik sendiri supaya tidak mencalarkan imej mak homeroom,apa taknya setelah madu yang diberikan sepah yg kaw returnkan.Tak ke orang kata 'bagai susu dibalas tuba' ?

Cehh,cehh takdelaaa.

Hidup dlam homeroom ni just simple je,cuma it just like family institution yg act as guideline for us as students what should us do nd dont's.

Apa yg bezanya,dekat MRSM Gemencheh ni,satu class tu akn ade 2 homeroom shja nd kitorang tak di'mixed up' mcm dkat MRSM lain.

So satu 1 class tu pun sama rumah sukan.

Ohh maann,mmg the whole two years tu jumpa muka yg sama nd rumah sukan pun sama.

Tp takdelaa boring pun kan?

Baru kita kenal true colours of someone tuu nd easy to understand people if we know them better.

Through this two years,too many experiences that we shared together. Thick nd thin.Jatuh duduk bangun semula -_-".

Nd teringat lagi masa first time kita ada ORIENTATION WEEK,masa explorace tu semua homeroom ade cikgu homeroom tp waktu tu Umi Fitriah ade kursus so the whole week tu mmg kita semua kena survive laaa kan.

Tp dgn berkat kesabaran nd kegigihan (cehh,cehh) kita menang jugaklaa Explorace tuu.Wah terharu betul waktu tu nd bila dah habis minggu orientasi tu kita tunjuk hamper dgn bangganya,walaweyy!

Next,pencapaian yg best jugak bilaa menang 'Who Kill Mr.Vincent' masa minggu aktiviti. Game ni macam ala-ala CSI gitu.Cari DNA nd so on berlari-lari,berkejar kejar mmg spirit habis! Menarik bukan?

Punyalah bnyak homerrom form5 yg hebat-hebat nd rasa nak menang tu mmg senipis kulit bawang tp end up,kita dapat 1st Runner Up. 2 lah kan,terbaikk jugaklaa tu.

Bulan puasa pun ade mkan sama-sama.

This Ramadhan,although dah year nd year berlalu,but those memories unforgettable!

Akhir kalam,wlaupun now nd this time we were no longer see each other everyday just like previously,hope that all of you will always in the pink,blessed by ALLAH S.W.T ;)

Walaupun mata tak bersua,lisan tak terkata,hope jugak korang sentiasa dalam lindungan ALLAH hendaknya nd sentiasa mendapat Rahmat-Nya.

Nd hoping that korang really enjoy ur course nd study just like previously we all do work hard nd smart for our SPM.

Rumah Lama :'(

Assalamualaikum nd Hello!

HAHA rindunya dekat rumah lama dekat Nasser Street tu!

Ohh so sweet,even rumah not even small but very small tp lots of fun :)

Tiba-tiba je nak rasa rindu dekat rumah tu.

Mama seriously baaaik!

Even baik baik pun,smpai now kitorang terkelu lidah nak mintak duit ta'min from Mama,sbb nnti maybe Mama akn mintak claim periuk segala padahal kitorang tak menghilangkan or buat whatsoever pun ke atas harta-hartanya.HAHA

Klau rumah lama dulu,actually ramai Malaysian yg duduk situ.So building tu mcm main tu first year MedicMesir perempuan dekat situ.So anything,senang,ramai orang.

Tp semua tu tak kekal laama.

Banyak Mama/Baba yg bermasalah naikkan harga sewa smpai Le2500,LE3000 nd so on sebulan.

Mama kitorang tak buat macam tu ke atas kami,tp atas dasar rumah kecil tulah yg membuatkan hasrat kami utk mencari rumah besar -_-'.

Tp frankly,rumah tu besstt sebenarnya.

Nd even until now on,kitorang still rapat nd baik dgn Mama lama.

Walaubagaimanapun,Mama baru,Mama Zuzu very kind-hearted nd pemurah :)

Related to the tittle of this entry,apa yg cool sgt nye is the TARAWIKH in Gami' Ibrahim,Alexandria :)

Memang terbaik nd mengterharu-kan bila tengok video ni.

Nd in real situation pun,this was it!

Seriously,I missed those days praying here in Gami' Ibrahim because my first Tarawikh in Egypt begins here.

Since the first day,many experience that I have been went through here.

Contohnya : Cari port best dgn Jeejah yg ade tikar then hamparkan sejadah so that suasana lebih kondusif nd comfort,hehe!

Ade anjing putih yg sgt besar lalu-lalang dekat depan orang nd berjalan-jalan atas sejadah yelah ni kan tempat awam so any creatures bebas utk beraktiviti.

Then bila nak balik naik tram tu mmg banyak sgt orang especially bila perempuan kan of course nak naik couch WANITA,haaa part ni mmg zahma nd crowded tp apa boleh buat,sabaar jelaa ;)

Nd banyak lagi,tp tak terdescribe dah within this moments~

btw,Alhamdulillah.Today at 1.00 p.m, I just ended my Clinical Exam aka OSCE.

InsyaALLAH, I have done my best. Nd I thought this will be a nice begining for the rest of upcoming examinations.

It was okay.

I was trying very hard to eliminate all the clumsiness nd nervousness.

InsyaALLAH again,the result was satisfied me,myself.

Nd it's a reminder. If we done any mistakes,do take it as a lesson so that it will not happen twice.

Like what George Santayana has been stated that : "Those who cannot remember the past are condemn to repeat it "

So let us improve our self from now on ;)

May ALLAH be with US,in any situations we are,no matter it's easy,difficult or moderate.

Blood Group A with Rhesus Factor +ve!

How r you,semoga sentiasa dalam lindungan ALLAH hendaknya.

Masa sgt mencemburui kita semua lately tapi nak take time buat satu entry HAHA.

Hari ini,the 2nd last section before we end our First Year.

Yang best sebab buat BLOOD GROUPING.

Ahaaa terharunya sebab tak pernah taw pun blood group apa previously but end up bila amik Medic boleh buat experiment atas diri sendiri. Kalau buat condemn pun diri sendiri yg merana. So harus meticulous nd berhati-hati.

Alright,mula mula kita prick the tip of finger by using a lancet. But before that clean the fingertip by using an alcohol swab.

(It's either boleh buat sendiri/mintak tolong kawan prick kan,tapi jgn bertindak kejam membalas dendam)

Then,letak a drop of blood on slide.Buat 3 different drop.

Next,yang from left letak Anti-A.

Middle,Anti-B.

From right,Rhesus Factor.

Mix by using lancet then wait for one minute.

Lepas tu tengok mana yang agglutinate.

So,based on the diagram,yang first tu agglutinate - means blood group A.

Nd yg Rhesus Factor tu pun agglutinate - means Rh +ve!

Conclusion : A+!

Yeah,I'm satisfied sbb persoalan telah pun terungkai jawapannya.

Macam buat procedure for experiment tapi bagus jugak sbb blog ni boleh menjadi medium utk revision for practical.

Jadi,itu jelah yg patut dikongsi bersama so Selamat Mencuba Ehhe ;)

O&G Clinical Round nd Human Rights.

Assalamualaikum.

Alhamdulillah,today we just ended our Human Rights Examinations,which the the ending of this will be the beginning of Final Exams as a whole.

The questions overall quite okay,pasal patient's right pun quite vast.

Nd about facts pulak,it's either two only,which means :

1) Baca atau tak baca.

2) Ingat atau tak ingat.

but then,bila dah baca nd we had put our full effort,then yg lain terserah,tawakkal kepada ALLAH!

Self-Reflection sikit :

" Sesungguhnya ALLAH tidak akan mengubah nasib sesuatu kaum kecuali kaum itu sendiri mengubah apa apa pada diri mereka "

( QS 13 : 11 )

Nota Human Rights segar dalam ingatan nd tak pernah lekang dari tangan Nadia ;)

Wajihah selaku insan pertama yg introduce this place.Syukran!

Next,this was the lame story,tapi masih segar dalam ingatan nd insyaALLAH forever I will no forget about this,which pergi tengok delivery baby,

1) Cesarean

2) Normal delivery

AMAZING,seriously!

Lesson : You will deeply understand the sacrification of our biological mother,so I am very grateful to ALLAH for sent me to this world,nd UMMI as messenger to deliver me. Nd now, I am me,still myself!

Okay actually,bukan sy yg 4th yg pegi buat Clinical Round,tp alang-alang Kak Sarah ( Kakak SC ) yg dah nak habis posting in O&G Department last week,so malam tu we went there.

kerja jadi mudah,easy nd not difficult sbb bila Medical Students,just bawak sehelai labcoat,the you are free to enter any door that you like to. Eg : NICU,Delivery Room,Cesarean Section Room nd so on.

The best part ever,sebab setelah berdoa,kitorang dapat banyak cases on that night. Placenta previa nd so on.Which yang ade dalam syllabus for 4th year. Tu yang Kak Sarah excited!

Nd feel free to express your inquiry kerana gynecologists,neonatalogists here in Egypt very kind-hearted nd they was willingly answering your questions tanpa ade sedikit pun perasaan annoying ( I thought so ).

Yeah,this is the true story,even masa tengah buat cesarean section pun,the doctors are free to tell us what are reasons and complication of doing so.

Those babies was so cuteeee!

Sorang menangis,sorang tidur.

This baby is hungry. So feed him/her!

Btw,this are the rough idea about the Egypt's Hospitals. Tak tahu semua or this one je,tapi basically when the babies were delivered,diorang tak azankan nd tak mandikan. Sounds pathetic,nd kalau tengok pun cam kesian jugak. Tapi nak buat macam mana this was their culture kut so tak boleh nak buat apa. Hanya memerhati nd compare jelaa dengan negara sendiri. Tapi pepahal pun,we still hoping for the best for sevice for our country,nak nak bila bayi yang dilahirkan merupakan ASET kepada sesebuah negara bukan? So,kita harus berikan yg terbaik buat mereka,dengan harapan mereka juga akan menghasilkan sesuatu yg terbaik utk masa depan. They are FUTURE GENERATIONS :)

A big BUT here,kita tak boleh nak salahkan ayah/ family kepada anak yg dilahirkan, kerana yg dibenarkan utk masuk ke dalam Delivery Ward/Room or Cesarean Room tu hanyalah the MOTHER nd anak yg bakal dilahirkan sahaja. In other words, suami as support system pun not allowed to enter those rooms sebab here in Egypt chaos kerap berlaku nak-nak in emergency cases like this.

So,we Malaysian just continue to keep maintaining our sopan santun, BUDI BAHASA BUDAYA KITA~

So,itu jelaah kut yang sy try to convey but klau type dekat BLOGSPOT ni je,sy sendiri kerap tersasar daripada apa-apa yg sy cuba ingin sampaikan. Nd sometimes,the feeling of expressing your words verbally nd writingly are so much difference.

Lebih kuranglaaa.

Okay,it ends here. JOMM buat assignment,btw ni pun online dekat rumah sahbiti minni kerana internet dekat rumah sendiri was soo bad jangan berangan nak online Facebook,nak bukak Blogspot apatah lagi nak bukak You Tube!
